Julia Kwan is a Vancouver-based filmmaker who made her feature film debut in 2005 with Eve & The Fire Horse, based on her Writer's Guild of Canada award-winning script. The film premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival and won the Special Jury Prize for World Cinema at the Sundance Film Festival. Most recently, she completed a live action/ animated short film for the 2010 Winter Olympics, produced by National Film Board/ VANOC.

Shan Tam has produced two feature co-productions between Canada and Hong Kong, and. Tam recently wrapped production of the first ever China-Australian co-production The Last Dragon.
