Born Under Fire is an animated documentary which is based on interviews and drawings of displaced children who have grown up in the middle of violence and chaos in Colombia. The film illustrates these children’s perception of reality.

Eduardo Carrillo is a filmmaker and a full time lecturer at the Universidad de los Andes, Bogota-Colombia. Was a professor at the University of Coventry in England. He realized several digital interactive animation projects, among which is 3d music www.braunarts.com/3dmusic, with the London symphonic orchestra. Newspapers in England, as well as, the New York Times qualified this work as "a fortunate hybrid between a fantasy video game and a fantasy Disney movie." At this moment he is producing his first animation feature film, Born Under Fire. Co-director of "God Brings Together and They Fall Apart" which has 240,000 spectators and 40 copies across Colombia, and "Muertos de miedo" with 480,000 spectators and 70 copies across Colombia.
